Buttercream icing...
A super yummy frosting that covers cakes and cupcakes, that can be flavoured and coloured


Royal icing....
An icing that dries hard like candy, used to make edible crowns and for piping on some cakes


Fondant/SugarPaste...
A form of icing with dough like consistency. Used to cover cakes to give a smooth and modern look, also used to make some edible figures and accents on cakes.


Gumpaste....
A form of sugar with a hard dough like consistency that dries very hard.Used to make most sugar flowers.


Lustre Dust...
An edible dust that gives fondant a shimmery or metallic look.
Chocolate Ganache...A cream and chocolate mixture that can be used as a filling, the inside of truffles, a drizzle etc. with a very rich flavour.

Dragees....
small edible beads, usually gold, silver, pearl etc.


Cake Designs

Flat Art Cake...
A flat cake(single tier) covered in buttercream icing with a piped design


3 Dimensional Cake....
Any shape (can be tiered) cake covered in buttercream icing with fondant accents or figures


Sculpted Cake....
A cake sculpted to look like a specific object (like a car or animal etc.) Covered in fondant.


Celebration Cake...
A cake, 3 tiered or more, covered in buttercream icing or fondant with fondant accents


Smash Cake...
A small (usually 4-5" round) cake covered in buttercream icing. This is for the birthday boy/girl on the first birthday for them to "smash" into. (Free with the 1st Birthday cake)
